The Ballast Ball

Swiss Ball, Fit Ball, Big Bouncy thing whatever you want to call it has got a whole lot better. Hugely popular for tightening those abs and getting rid of that bad back, the Ball has got one step further and now has weight added to it. Whys that so great i hear u ask, well now the ball won't move, so you can do dynamic drills on it and also the added weight will work the abs that little more when doing arm movements with the ball.
